Most of them are on Target for the event. ASM is a bit in front but Spiderverse should sort that. The main worry is, as I've said several times above, how to get to it without Hickman's Avengers

I think you will get a nice wee text feature with snippets of art, like the old Marvel Saga.
They'll have to, after all there is nowt from the Ultiimate side given they stopped publishing USM years ago.

Really enjoying Marvel Legends. Death's Head being in Iron Man is the icing on the cake. AND he's the right size. Even Captain America is passable and I usually can't stand him.

Cap under Brubaker was fantastic and the 10 issues Castaway in Dimension Z storyline with JRJr was fantastic.
Cap's a tricky character to get right. Outside of those the Roger Stern/John Byrne and Mark Waid/Ron Garney runs are probably the best the character has ever been handled.

Yes the Dimension Z stuff has been great. Has the same bonkers feel as Frankencastle. Iron Man is ok but suffers a bit from Modern Writing Syndrome ie every character must speak in a super-smart sassy hyper-cool way. The Thor God Butcher stuff is fantastic though. Been a good few years since I last enjoyed a Thor series like this.

Not read that one.
But yeah I'd expect good things of DeMatteis.

Likewise. Recent Marvel events have had problems staying the course.

Confirmed in most recent AU letters page that they won't be running Hickman's Avengers stuff. They'll have trouble when they get to Secret Wars. I tried to read #1 of that and it was indecipherable.

Panini shouldn't have too much problems with doing the whole relaunch of all the titles for late 2015 Marvel US line relaunch. They could keep the same title with most of the other heroes stuff going in MW, But AU might get over done while Ess Xmen should be easy to cover all 6 comics with also having the W&D comic. But what coudl be in Hulk?

I think Hulk is a dead title publishing. IIRC we predicted it's demise upthread. I'll assume the list you've posted in the reset thread is acurate: tmukhub.proboards.com/post/202258/threadSo the sum up of the Marvel comics are Avengers - Invincible Iroman, A-Force, All new all different Avengers, Uncanny Avengers, New Avengers, Captain Marvel, Sam Wilson Captain America, The totally awesome Hulk, The mighty Thor, Scarlet witch, Ms Marvel, Hawkeye, Ant-man, The Vision, Other heroes - Ultimates, Doctor Strange, Illuminati, Contest of champions, Silk, Daredevil, Guardians of the galaxy, Drax, Howard the duck, Nova, Star-lord, Howling commandos of SHIELD, Agents of SHIELD, Uncanny Inhumans, Karnak, Angela: asgards assassin, Squadron supreme, X-men - Extraordinary X-men, Uncanny X-men, All new X-men, Old man Logan, All new Wolverine, Deadpool Spider-man - Amazing Spider-man, Carnage, Spider-woman, Spider-man, Spider-gwen, Spider-man 2099, Web warriors, Venom: spaceknight, Only 6 X-men comics? this has got to be the least number of X-men comics ongoing that Marvel have ever had. Marvel Legends: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor as per at the moment X-Men: Extraordinary, Uncanny, All New Wolverine & Deadpool: Old man Logan, All new Wolverine, Deadpool Spiderman: Amazing Spider-man, Spider-man, Spider-Gwen, and take your pick Avengers: 3 of A-Force, All new all different Avengers, Uncanny Avengers, New Avengers Mighty World of Marvel: the fourth unhomed Avengers title. Hulk. & ? So that leaves space for one new title. Which would be ? ? ? ? A more interesting exercise might be guess which Secret Wars title goes where. Bear with while I assemble a list

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secret_Wars_%282015_comic_book%29Secret Wars BATTLEWORLD:Ghost Racers Inhumans: Attilan Rising Marvel Zombies Master of Kung Fu Runaways Secret Wars: Battleworld Secret Wars Journal Thors Ultimate End WARZONES:1602: Witch Hunter Angela A-Force Armor Wars E is for Extinction Future Imperfect Giant-Size Little Marvel: AvX Inferno Infinity Gauntlet MODOK Assassin Old Man Logan Planet Hulk Secret Wars 2099 Spider-Verse Squadron Sinister Weirdworld Where Monsters Dwell X-Men '92 X-Tinction Agenda Years of Future Past Deadpool's Secret War So Hulks: be Planet Hulk, Future Imperfect and ? Marvel Legend: Armor Wars, Thors and ? Old Man Logan will go in Wolverine & Deadpool along with Deadpool's Secret Wars and one of the X titles bellow: E is for Extinction Inferno X-Men '92 X-Tinction Agenda Years of Future Past Probably Years of Future Past: there's a Wolverine connection there. Avengers will be Secret Wars itself plus A-Force and ?? Ultimate end maybe. Spiderman.... Spider-Verse is the only thing that leaps out but I think some of the other spider titles are rumbling on during Secret Wars. Mighty World of Marvel could be anything.

Would Panini reprint all Secret wars - seeing that the number of titles are a set limit. I expect they'll print the Hulk comic but where & if they use the title for classic Marvel or just don't do classic reprints at all. They could plug the pocket tpb instead of reprinting in the monthly titles.

I think the number of titles they could print is limited by the number of issues they can stretch Secret Wars out for. Gut instinct says we're looking at something like a four month event to roughly match the US event. So 3 titles ish per Panini book

I think they might do Hulk & Daredevil in one comic again - then include Strange/Inhuman stuff on rota.

Should Panini make 2 Spider-man comics or keep the current 26 issue format? They could have one being core character & another title being the Gwen Venom etc.

I forget in which title but a recent letters page answer stated there isn't currently enough of a market for an 8th Panini CE so I think something would have to go before they could launch a new title.

That was last month's Marvel Legends.
But Spiderman is bi-weekly isn't it? So Primenova's saying, two monthly covering different titles, or one biweekly presumably with a more limited range of titles ongoing.
When it comes to Spiderman I couldn't care less, but I'd love it if they could squeeze up the X-Men book to fortnightly to get some peripheral titles in that aren't just blinking Wolverine. The Avengers et al get a hefty whack of the Panini books.

Two different Spider-Man CEs would be confusing. I could see Marvel US being keen for something Inhumany to be done maybe .... Definitely see Hulk for the chop with one ongoing Hulk title. When it comes to Spiderman I couldn't care less, but I'd love it if they could squeeze up the X-Men book to fortnightly to get some peripheral titles in that aren't just blinking Wolverine. The Avengers et al get a hefty whack of the Panini books. And yet have still failed to print the necessary stories to run into Secret Wars! Less X titles now though, should make UK coverage a lot easier.

Used today's enforced down time to catch up a bit with some reading.
Um .... Spiderverse isn't really clicking for me so far. Sorry. Seems to be the same thing everytime I read it: Oh look some new Spiderman variant and here come the bad guys wanting to eat it.
X-Men I still have some way to go before I can start reading the Paninis again: I have All New up to 30 via comixology sale (I think Panini have printed up to 24) and Uncanny up to 25 (Panini prints 20 in the current Essential!)

I liked the fact they printed all six parts of the Trial of Jean Grey because it means I don't have to buy the trade. That was next on the list for reading Guardians.
I also managed to snag the first six Marvel Legends issues from the current volume off eBay in one hit last week, so I've got the full run now. Looking forward to filling in the start of the stories I caught the end of.
