I will be buying those then. I think I've got files of one of them, but the bitrate was so poor I never listened. Be nice to have them properly.
Same with the angry birds soundtrack which I see is now on iTunes in addition to Spotify. Botcon should really do an EP of that.

I also heard on RFC that the movie soundtrack is being reissued on 180 gram vinyl by a Dutch company. They were moaning about the cost because it's a $50 import item for them from Amazon, but I've just noticed that in this country it's a very limited edition release exclusive to Zavvi for £20 shipped. www.zavvi.com/merch-vinyl/transformers-the-movie-ost-1lp-zavvi-exclusive-limited-coloured-blue-vinyl-250-copies-in-the-uk-only/11038380.htmlThe publishers say that the first 1000 copies will be on blue vinyl, and it seems Zavvi have 250 of those up for pre-order. I'm very tempted by that purely as a collector's item, possibly to frame. I would imagine any true audiophile would say that the audio quality benefit of the heavier vinyl is counteracted by it being a coloured disc. |

Dont know how wide spread the issue is but zaavi are having some kind of issue fulfilling my order. My brother ordered it as a christmas present and has been getting multiple emails apologising, but no explanation of the problem.
most annoying.

Andy Senzyn had the same thing, but on the same day got an email saying his was dispatched.
I got mine safely, although Hermes left the thing on my doorstep.
Zavvi ship via the US, so might be an issue in transit.

Mine did come as expected. Ltd Ed number 318. I notice that the product listing for this doesn't come up in searches now on Zavvi and when you go to the page direct it says sold out. I would think if they took the order that it came inside their agreed allocation. Maybe they're just getting them in in multiple shipments and that's holding up sending them out.

I'm hoping its the multiple shipments as its the most likely to wind up with me getting a copy. If they over sold it or some having gone missing I'm more likely to miss out. One of the early emails my brother got actually said it had been cancelled, but then he got lots more saying it was delayed etc.
The order is still active on his account though.

I did too recently. Love the fact they give you the option to download as flac, but the cover images are a bit low res if you're thinking of making a CD.
I must get the angry birds OST too.
