From the RiD Press release:
On the film side, the studio has developed and produced a number of features based on Hasbro's brands. In addition to partnering with leading studios, the Company intends to make movies based on new and existing Hasbro brands for audiences globally through the Allspark Pictures film label. Films in development or planned for release, include OUIJA (Universal), CANDY LAND (Sony), G.I. JOE 3 (Paramount), JEM AND THE HOLOGRAMS (Universal & Allspark Pictures), MAGIC: THE GATHERING (21st Century Fox) and an animated featured based on MY LITTLE PONY (Allspark Pictures).
I was hoping this Allspark Pictures idea would be a direct to video imprint, but it sounds more like feature films. I was wondering if Hasbro liked the way Predacons Rising worked and were looking at using their IPs to make low budget features in the way Marvel are now doing DVD only stuff. I thought it might open the door to animated TF films from universes other than the main current push (RiD). Outside chance I suppose. Be lovely to have an animated Combiner Wars film to help promote the toys.

I'll believe in the existence of Gi Joe 3 when I see it. Paramount are not moving with the times with regards to pumping out franchises on a regular schedule. See also: Star Trek.

Quick correction, it's DC that produces all the direct to video productions. Marvel barely touches the format, and now mostly relies on bad anime for that.
I also see no reason Allspark Productions can't do that, though they would have to find an animation studio to partner with. And hopefully one better than Highmoon. DC is in a great position, as Warner Bros has all kinds of resources to produce these things. Marvel's in a better position now that they're owned by disney, but they're also under Disney's thumb. Hasbro hasn't seemed to make any resources that aren't flash animation studios.

Unless the folks that did Transformers: Prime are brought onboard.
If only Mainframe were still going, it would be nice to see them back involved again.

Mainframe's sorta still around. They're differently named, and are responsible for the terrible Barbi cgi. Though that may be budget and resources over skill, but I've not seen anything this company has done that's remotely good. Sadly their best days died with Beast Machines, it seems.
As for Prime, they're done by Highmoon Studios. I'd be happy if they're never used again. Prime's animation was mediocre at best. I mean, 12 years later and their work isn't any better than Beast Machines was.

Beast Machines has held up as well, simply because they went for a very stylised approach to not only the designs but the colour palette. Beast Wars however, has not aged well. Andy

Wait, Highmoon as in the company that did Fall of Cybertron? They animated Prime too?

Andy Yeah, the stylized approach is exactly what allowed BM to endure. Which is why I find the animation in Prime so disappointing, because in all the time with all the advancements, it's really no better, animation wise. BW's late second, and third seasons hold up reasonably well. First season, particularly the first few episodes, I absolutely agree. But one can also attribute some of it to budget. As time went on and BW proved a success, Hasbro probably significantly increased their budget. Being moved from syndicate to network probably helped BM with a larger budget, too. I did not know they did that spiderman series. But I'm only aware of it's existence peripherally. Never seen it, or even pictures. I didn't have cable then, and by the time I did, it wasn't a thing anymore. Pinwig, I was mistaken, it seems. I'd thought one of the big selling points of Prime was that it was animated by High Moon, but looking up I think I'm wrong. TF Wiki doesn't mention who does it at all, and the actual wikipedia lists several companies I'm unfamiliar with. Neither say anything about highmoon.

I was a big fan of the Spider-Man series, 1st appearance of Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin, and Rattrap's Transmetal beast form was a gargoyle on one or two buildings during the series.

Awe man!
That might have been the last thing they did as Mainframe.

It's on iTunes and Play as I recall.
DVD releases in this country were dirt cheap, and of course Stan Lee is in one of the episodes.
Neil Patrick Harris is Spider-Man and he's a really good fit.

IIRC Mainframe were re-branded Rainmaker Entertainment and now produce lots of direct-to-DVD Barbie films.
That Spiderman series was excellent.
