Well after that performance I don't think I have to worry whether it's the right job for me or not. Crashed and burned big time. Zero rapport established, constantly flustered and gave very generic answers as kept forgetting to give specifics. The interview also under ran somewhat. Oh well. -Ralph Got a call this morning. HUGE head stretch day: 2 trains and a bus to go on. Not been on a train since last November which was just a quick and quiet local service. Not been on a bus since before covid. Shitting myself. Had a meltdown just getting out the front door and another one at the station. It's so busy.

The bus was also quiet so coped ok with it. Not doing so well on the way back today but I can put a lot of that down to tiredness and travel chaos.

Another head stretch day: The Man is coming out to finish DIY in the hobby room so I can finally organise my stuff. He will also put another shelf in the boiler cupboard. Had planned to sit outside but it's chilly and wet so inside with a mask and all windows open.
Sorting out the hobby room will be good for me. Not having anything to do when between OU modules and waiting to start job is not great for my mental health.
Waiting on pre-employment checks being done for job offer is doing my head in. I keep worrying the job will disappear.
Monthly check-in with GP went well.

My ambition in this degree has been to successfully have a relevant reference to a Star Trek episode, a Doctor Who episode and a Transformers comic in Assignments.
In module A333 I managed to get a Star Trek episode in there ('A Taste of Armageddon') and today in A332 if it survives the edit this afternoon I finally got a Doctor Who episode in there. Almost had one a few times in A333 but always cut it as it didn't really back up a point I was making.
This is my second degree. Already got one and a Post Grad Diploma. My ambition in life is to get through all qualifications without ever having to learn Powerpoint or use Spreadsheets. 100% success so far.
Presentation to do this afternoon...But I choose the audio option as always. None of this Powerpoint pish.
