Once I complete HL2:E2 and Zelda: Twilight Princess what should I play next?
Here's the short list:
Metroid Prime 1, 2 + 3 Quake 4 Super Paper Mario Zelda: Ocarina of Time Super Mario Galaxy
The plan was to do Super Paper Mario as it's relatively short, then Super Mario Galaxy then the Metroid Primes.
I have too many games to play, you really don't want to see the long list...

No, no, no you should play Super Mario Galaxy first. Then when you've got all 120 stars, you should play it again immediately (the game gives you good reason to). All other games (and concerns) are secondary. I cannot stress the brilliance of SMG enough.
Also I don't know about Super Paper Mario being short. I've just finished the 4th chapter (out of 7 I think) and I'm 10 hours in. Unless 15-20 hours is short for you! In that case you might as well do any game on that list first.
I'd also play a game in between the Metroid Primes or you'll be utterly sick of them by the time you get to 3.
So I'd go: SMG, SLG (ooh spoiler), MP1, SPM, MP2, OoT, MP3, Q4

A good list, though I'd put Q4 at the top because it is really quite short and should only take you a couple of days of casual play to complete on medium.

Super Paper Mario is a belter of a game. Should be about 20-25 hours all in.
I'd suggest Mario Galaxy though. Contender for best game of the century!

Thinking of expedience here, my dear Stom. Add on an extra half a day if you're planning to play on hard.

Hrm... After completing HL2:e2 I have stayed on my PC and gone for Quake 4, Zelda:TP and SMG will have to wait.

Whatever you do don't play Far Cry Venegence. My brother got this game for Christmas and its terrible. Its got last-gen graphics and the opening cut-scene has a stuttering frame-rate and a corny plot. I laughed when during this said cut-scene your character is sitting in a chair being held hostage with metal cuffs securing his hands to the chair arms. Before you know it he looks towards the opposite wall and breaks the metal cuffs like he's the Incredible Hulk. It doesn't show him breaking the cuffs probably because Ubisoft didn't know how to animate such a feat of strength.

I thought it was common knowledge of how poor Far Cry: Vengeance and FPSers in general, other than Metroid, are on the Wii?
Anywho... Steady progress on Zelda: TP. I have indeed decided to play SMG next.

I'm currently playing Metroid Prime 2
at 19% fighting the 3 headed worm monster in dark world. I get it to the second stage where it attacks attached to the central power source. Need to find the best way to take it out.

Zelda [GC game disc] 3- drum boss, grave yard 4- the eye boss, under water I'm guessing by the sound of these bosses you are playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The drum boss is called Bongo Bongo and the way to defeat it is to shoot arrows into both its hands and then switch on the Lens of Truth to see its body advancing towards you. When it's within striking distance you swipe its large eye with your sword. Keep on repeating this process over about four times and he will be a gonna. As for the eye boss - known in the game as Morpha you have to stand on dry land and target its red eye/heart/whatever it is with your hookshot and keep on firing until you grab it. When it is beside your feet keep on swiping it with your sword. As with all bosses you will have to repeat the process over about four times to defeat it. Hope that has helped.
