Could this be a good thing to happen with I'm sure Hasbro might have already started on designing a toyline for 2016?
But also we are seeing some BW type stuff over in TF/Gijoe series too. Those dogs from the first few issues could be Pretenders beasts.

I know there are a few in IDW keen to get a Beast Wars project on the go to commemorate the anniversary, but TF is crowded slate at the moment with 5 ongoing titles on the slate.
Fingers crossed though.
I don't see a full BW line from Hasbro either, a few figures possibly but that will be it.

I've been trying to work out if I own Dawn of the Predacus, which is the only reason I'd buy this compilation. It was published by IDW, so I assumed it was also sold in comic shops back in 2016, but can't find it mentioned on Preview World.

It was going to get a proper non-Botcon release. However, it never materialised, so unless you have the Botcon version you will need to pick up the Predacon special.

I have nothing against Josh Burcham's art, but I feel his very cartoony angular style is a poor fit for the curvy organic nature of BW designs.
But otherwise, color me very excited!

Really excited by this news, and glad to see Burcham getting a series at last - I've always been a fan of his style. And whilst it might not fit the designs in quite the way that we might envisage them, I think it'll end up fitting the style of the story, if it's anything like Burnham's previous work.
