I think they look splendid. So, in terms of categorising - where do you place Nosecone? is he Rook with tweaks, or a major remould like Swindle? Lightspeed is Wheeljack with a different head, Afterburner is Groove with a new windshield (same head even?) and Strafe I think has to go down as a full on remould as he's as different from Blast Off as Air Raid is from Skydive. But Nosecone's a kind of new hybrid - half way between tweaked original and total remould.
(I appreciate no one else may actually care, but, well, y'know...)

Nosecone is actually fairly minimal.
The clip on wheels were swapped with clip on treads. New head. Ditch the canopy piece, and change the connector to hold the drill, and look like a cockpit.
Doesn't seem there are any real changes to the core figure.
It's actually extremely clever how little needed to be done.
Swindle had sweeping sculpt changes.

Grand Galvatron is an amazing set. I don't collect Combiner Wars but was very tempted after seeing a friend's set in the pub earlier in the week. The colours on Cyclonus are fantastic. Starscream is even better in hand than you think it's going to be. Roller is very shiny. The other 2, really good recolours [and new head on Thrust?] but I'm not really a fan of what they're a reference to.
