That was actually one of points hasbro was really proud of, "Now every transformer can use any transformer's weapon!" And they made full use of this ESPECIALLY in Energon, as one of the core gimmicks of the line were the use of Energon weapons. The Energon line was essecially named after the 5mm standardized peg system. |

Man, that sunstreaker is even worse than the hasbro.
That is the most boring deco I've seen since Binaltech Sunstreaker.
Hell, if anything, Hasbro's Sunny needed MORE red and grey, not none.
Optimus, Mirage, and Ironhide are much improved.
Prowl looks about the same.

Sad thing is, while three of the five are improved, Mirage, Prime, and Ironhide aren't worth the pricetag associated with this.
Not when Hasbro Prime can be fixed with Reprolabels (fixing more of the problems than Takara does), and I'm sure the other four will receive the same treatment.
