Oh no, not Groo. Interesting to see Dark Horse finally falling into the Comixology Sarlac along with everyone else! -Ralph

Away Burns! It's pretty good fun.
Also we'll get more Frank Miller goodness and of course Hellboy from Mignola.

I quite liked the little I have read of Groo. It's got a slightly (only slightly!) more adult than Asterix vibe. And I adore Asterix.

It's at it's best playing off it's supporting cast, which is why I'm so happy about the current Groo & Friends series.
The first 30 or so Epic issues are gold, especially the ones that introduce his sister.

I can see that, I imagine Groo in his own would get old pretty quickly.

I can see that, I imagine Groo in his own would get old pretty quickly. They tried doing a period without the supporting cast after, I think, Epic 100 and it just didn't work. I've got the Hardcover limited edition Groo Chronicles hardcover and all 15 of the collections of Epic material on my shelves. It's a shame they didn't get any further :-(
