I thought so. I've also just realised the link to part two in my post was broken, so I've fixed that and added part 3.

I regularly sell stuff I no longer want on Ebay but I don't think setting up a toy business or anything like that is really worth it unless you are established, there is such a fine line for error online!

Nigel's done it, and seems to be going OK. He might have some interesting comments to offer.
Similarly Nick (Kayvecee) has run the ToyFu stall at AA the last few years. A slightly different setup but....
Personally I wouldn't go into a business like this for love nor money. I've seen so many places fold over the years, especially those with shop fronts. It sounds nice idea but .....
Interestingly, despite the current market, the people selling online at the moment seem to be reasonably stable. It is the same names you keep hearing again and again. Nobody has gone Tango Ultra recently.

And let us not even tempt fate with the number of paid pre-orders we fling around.
The Transformers shops seem reliable, but there have been a fair few toy specialists go under. Mother's Basement was a high profile one that took all the pre-order money with it.

Oh lord yes. You might get CUTA'd at BBTS and HLJ but at least they only take the money when the goods arrive.
What's the Paypal protection period now?

If their reputation is anything to go by, not worth the paper it's written on regardless of how long it is.
