The US got Starscream last year as well. I bought it imported from ID Toys and it's a really nice paintjob on it.

They're awesome. I've got the Takara releases of the MP11 mould for Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker and they're all great.

It's only the original molds I've got for Skywarp and Thundercracker. I would get the MP11 versions but they're soooooooo expensive to buy on eBay. There's a Slywarp currently sitting at £255 with a day and a half to go.
That's obscene money.

It is annoying they go for that much. They were all at least £130 retail when they first came out, like Ramjet. All limited releases. Really stupid. Hasbro meeds to get on Ramjet for a start.

I've got him out and had a good play. I really do like it. Yes, it's a touch too light up close. You all know I don't read the comics so I'm basing it on the G1 cartoon and it's still too light. Although I'm looking at him across the room now and the strangest thing is he looks pretty spot on. Its light in weight but there's enough die cast to keep it interesting. The height I'm ok with but it maybe could've been chunkier. I think it's as detailed as it needs to be.
The articulation I'm undecided about. Sometimes I think he could squeeze some more, sometimes I think he has just enough to suit the engineering. Gun modes great. If I was going to moan it would be the back of the handle looks fairly obviously like his legs. The accessories are cool, the mini gun is outstanding, the backpack is a neat idea, the power cable works well.
You know the biggest gripe overall? The hands. Where's the fingers?

I kind of like that the gun comes with its own little box to store it in safely when not in use. If anyone was going to see the logic in responsible gun-ownership I guess it would have to be Shockwave...
