The listing was just added yesterday, I think. Or at least extremely recently.
It's probably not yet for sale. I can't imagine there's enough people with the still ultra rare Soundwave, who have been obsessively watching reprolabels for a Soundwave set that hasn't been announced yet, for it to actually sell out.

You know, I know fanservice is a really big thing in anime and manga, but I'm like really tired of the fan service in takara generated TF comics. It's in pretty extreme levels (IE there are no girls who aren't heavily sexualized), and is just really gross after all this time. It's been this way since Kiss Players.
And it's a cumulative effect, too. This time it's just girls in skimpy clothes, but add on to that with their treatment of the victorion repaint characterizations, how Blackarachnia, Slipstream, and Nightbird were treated in their toy comics, and every time a girl appears she's in skimpy clothes or just grossly treated.

I bought a Soundwave today. I was in Smyths and succumbed to the discounted price. Thing was they had about five and all of them had badly damaged boxes, so unusually for me I opened this one as soon as I got home incase it was broken.
I think the tape deck mode is much better than it looks in photos. It does look like a tape deck to me. Need a repro labels order now to get that stunning set for him.

Yep, yep. I know. MADNESS. It was because the box was knackered. If you want a more Pinwiggy spin on matters, it occurred to me this is the first Leader in the Generations line I've actually opened. My Jetfire, Magnus, Blaster, Sixshot et al are still sealed (Sixshot would have been Christmas day as planned, but I got given a surprising number of toys for once). The upshot of that is that I have also discovered these leaders aren't quite as big as I thought they were. They look bigger in the boxes.
Still digging Soundwave's tape deck mode. I must open a cassette now. I am impressed the door actually pings open and isn't just pull open/click shut.

Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with you there, CJ. Whilst I do like my smut, there's a time and a place for it. And this is not it. Especially given the steps forward that the IDW comics are making in female representation. |

Incidentally, I busted out Buzzsaw last night. I seem to recall this mould getting some flack, but apart from the naff stickers I think it's great. The condor mode is pretty good for a modern version I think, and I quite like the dinky tablet mode. I'll just ignore the vehicle mode. He looks great sat on Soundwave's shoulder and will stay there until Takara Laserbeak arrives! Need to do Rumble next to give Soundwave his minions.

Playing with Hasbro Buzzsaw and Takara Laserbeak this morning. These two are great! If we don't get a Frenzy from somewhere I will have to custom one, but I really can't see Hasbro passing up the chance for such a cheap repaint in a few waves' time.
