Megatron, Magneto, Master, Mysterio (but some might say bowl head isn't that major)

Marty was obviously a villain. Hence his bitterness that it was Biff who carried out his evil plan to alter Time for personal gain. And think of the number of times he bullied and beat up Biff and his friends - in three time zones no less!
