This news is indeed quite a blow,
and has left a nation quite low,
a creative genius with a wonderful legacy,
His work lives on in our collective memory

Not going to put this in Rhyme, but he will be much missed. Fantastic experimenter when it came to music, and a heck of a showman. The world is poorer without him.
