That's surely going to be a prequel to the Tim Burton remake because a prequel to the original movie was made as part of the quintilogy. I think it was the terrible fourth film that was the prequel to the Charlton Heston original so this prequel is likely to be a prequel to the Tim Burton version which never had a prequel but threatened a sequel that was never made.
