It's... an interesting idea. Given that Soundwave did originally turn into *the* state-of-the-art portable information dissemination/gathering device, this kinda fits.
However, the implementation is... dubious. The totally black "screen" gives it no alt-mode character whatsover; some sort of "on-screen graphics" would've helped. And the transformation is mostly origami. On the plus side, the head seems to be a callback to Bayverse Soundwave, so there's that.
So... yeah. To be honest, if it's cheap enough, I might. And, given I own a Nike trainer Optimus Prime, I can't really turn my nose up at this one. ;-)
