I love these figures. Much better than BotBots.
Anyone heard of the Commandrons? The internets claim they were a 99c toy sold in McDonalds US and Canada. I have a Solardyn hovercraft toy, so assume they were also sold/given away in a happy meal in the UK as well.
There's even a four issue Commandrons comic on archive.org!

Me neither. I assume I bought the toy at a car boot sale/charity shop. Oh yeah they were everywhere here Do you recall if they were happy meal figures or sold separately? Was the comic given away as well? |

I seem to remember them being carded at a petrol station near where we lived. No comic there. either.
