No idea. I have found from experience that Comixology never respond to queries.
And now today it no longer recognises my user name and password!

Ugh. Comixology is bloody frustrating but that's taking the piss Ralph.
Staying paper format on all my Transformers stuff - but bought Deaths Head comixology (the windows 8 app is totally pants and there is no Windows phone 8 app)

Go to www.marvel.com/redeem and enter the code. You'll need to set up an account there of course But your Marvel account can then be linked to your Comixology account so all your Marvel stuff appears in the Comixology app |

Fuck this. Done with Comixology. Can't trust a service that deletes what I've paid for! Will stick to sites that sell PDF's.

A heads up in case anyone's comixology account is tied to an e-mail they never check:
Yesterday they sent out e-mails saying they'd been hacked and you should change your password. There's a link on the front page of their website.

I managed to produce the disappearing comics effect this morning on my ipad. After I changed the account password the only comics I could see on the iPad were my in App purchases. When I logged back in with my Comixology ID (different from my apple ID) I could see all my comics again. I'm wondering if something similar might be causing your problem.

By this point I don't give a fuck. My account could be reamed due to their inability to securely store data. They'll never get another penny from me.
EDIT: I had previously tried your solution. The fact remains I had several hundred comics gone. Even before the breach I had stopped giving them money. I can't trust a service that takes my money then randomly deletes paid content.

I generally only use sellers that give me downloadable copies when buying audio products rather than just into an app thing. I think I will be the same when it comes to digital comics now.
