I've got the two biggest Transformers, Brave Maximus and Generations Metroplex and many other large ones that are slightly smaller.
I've also got the Star Wars Big Millenium Falcon and ATAT Walker from a few years back as well as the HUGE Imperial Shuttle.
I've also got the Zoids Ultrasaurus and Mad Thunder which are both HUGE

An orange seated Tiger who goes by the name of Kat, to her friends(Katherine for those on her bad side) is slightly taller than a standing Overlord, so that would make her the tallest toy I own. But Overlord and the Deathsaurer are quite similar in height and form the runners up in that category.
The longest toy is probably Seismosaurus from nose-to-tail.
Longest wing-span is my 1/60th scale VF-0 - which underlines what a beast the Zero is when you consider the runners up are Generations Jetfire and my 1/48th Valkyries - all of which are on a substantially different scale to even get close to it's span.

As well as that Batcave I've got the Turtles Secret Sewer Lair which is just over 3.5ft tall and a WWE Wrestlemania 2 'Steel Cage' ring that's 2ft by 2ft and with the cage on its also 2ft tall. UW Devastator is the biggest TF I have.

But they pale in comparison to the boxed USS Flagg I saw at Botcon.

It is fairly enormous. I remember seeing pictures of someone who had something like eight or nine 1/60th scale Valkyries (slightly shorter nose to tail than Jetfire) parked up properly on the deck, with another two positioned for launch and room to park a gerwalk mode Koenig Monster. I have a shelf-unit taller than me that would have trouble accommodating so much!
I used to joke that if Fortress Maximus qualifies as a coffee table, then the Flagg qualifies as a single bed.

My biggest toy is probably Fort Max or Titan Scorponok.
The biggest toy in my house is definitely my daughters huge person sized Care Bears Friend Bear.

The Robotix commander dwarfs the two transformers but is made of construction pieces so lots of gaps 😂. I'll get a photo of myself with it soon
