I've been watching Machine Robo, the show Japan got instead of Gobots. IT IS AMAZING.
I mean okay, every episode is pretty much identical, but it's a fun identical. And it has lots of Rock Lords in it!
The main character is a guy called Rom Stol (he's a repaint of the Godaikin "Gardian" toy. He mainly hangs about with his friends Jet and Drill (aka Fitor and Screwhead) and his sister, and they fight evil!
One entertaining episode I watched had everyone go on about how full of nobleness and justice Rom Stol is. Then two kids turn up and accuse Rom of killing their father. His sister denies this as Rom is full of burning justice, but about five minutes later Rom is all "oh yeah that guy, I totally killed him." Rom then solves the problem by booting the kids into a volcano where they die. There is a speech about how now their souls are in heaven with their father so it's okay, but a later episode categorically states that they went to hell, so uh, YEAH MACHINE ROBOOOOOOO
How to watch it? There doesn't seem to be a proper set of good subs.

If you just want one ep to watch to try out, I suggest episode 20, which has lots of ROCK LORDS in it. Magmar gets eaten by a flower and cuts his leg off and Rom's sister flies away on his leg, MACHINE ROBOOOOOOOOOOO
