Not yet, my FP order is ‘awaiting stock’, but have heard issue 81 will be ‘the falling part 1, which seems odd as I see ‘the falling’ is only 7 issues.

Windblade v2 5-7 too, one hopes. Because there's nowhere else they can go at this point.

Upon checking, the 2018 Annual takes place during the Falling arc, so maybe that's the reason for splitting it up. Also, the last OP volume only went up to issue #12, so this one will include #13 and 14. So, #13-21 plus a double sized Annual is about 11 issues worth. Perhaps it even includes the First Strike issue as well, giving Part 1: OP: First Strike, #13-14 Annual 2018, and #15 (about 6 issues worth) and Part 2 containing #16-21 (another 6 issues).

Hello all,
Newbie here; this looks like the thread to ask about misprints?
Specifically, I'm looking to do a reread of RiD, post-Dark Cybertron - of those issues, is it only Windblade that's misprinted? And what order should the pages in that issue be in?
TIA.

Not entirely sure, as I've only picked up the Marvel issues.
tomwe and detectivenightbeat are probably the ones to answer that one.
Cheers

Specifically, I'm looking to do a reread of RiD, post-Dark Cybertron - of those issues, is it only Windblade that's misprinted? And what order should the pages in that issue be in? TIA. Post Dark Cybertron, Windblade (vol 64) and Titans Return pt. 1 (vol 75) both had misprints. Windblade had the first page of Windblade #4 series incorrectly printed zoomed in, with text cropped off the page. The first few pages of ex-RiD #35 ended up somewhere in issue 36. Titans Return had two pages from Till All Are One #4 duplicated and ended up in the middle of ex-Rid #57, with the two pages they displaced missing from the book completely. The misprinted issues were all reprinted, so you'd be best off making sure that you have those versions. If you got the issues later than the original release you might already have them, if not Hachette supplied corrected versions and I got both by contacting them through Facebook.

Thanks. I've contacted Hachette but I'm not overly hopeful. I might just have to buy the reprints.
(For context, I've got the original printings as I've been collecting since the start via my newsagent, so I have the reprint of Titans Return)

The facebook page is more helpful than standard email, but either way since you get them through your newsagent they may ask you to use that route for a replacement. Glad Docfilth was able to answer your Qs as I've lost track of the ones with problems. Primenova was good at keeping track.

(For context, I've got the original printings as I've been collecting since the start via my newsagent, so I have the reprint of Titans Return) They were super slow, but I didn't have any problems getting replacements. Just sent photos of the affected pages and they shipped me a new one out. I forgot Titans Return had been packed with another issue, but there were a few others I've had to get replaced that way.. Worlds Collide and Primacy, off the top of my head. I've been buying from a newsagent since I cancelled the subscription 6 months in - as so many have said, it was always late and the packaging meant the corners were always dinged up.

Yes, I knew about Primacy but I'd forgotten there was something wrong with Worlds Collide, as well. Not that I really care about it, but I paid for the bloody thing, so I should really get a correct printing. I started off getting my issues through Smiths until they stopped doing them, then switched to my local newsagent. I'd already seen, with the Doctor Who Complete History, how rubbish Hachette's subscription service were.

Armada 8-13 and parts of MtMtE Armada:
3-page and 1-page strips from issues 1 and 3 respectively. All the non-profile entries from issue 3 except Powerlinking. Profiles for Optimus (normal mode), Jetfire, Megatron, Hot Shot, Starscrem, Cyclonus, Sparkplug, Leader-1, Street Action Team (excluding Perceptor), Destruction Team, Jolt, Smokescreen, Over-Run, Thrust and Demolishor. In that order. The Wiki lists the Destruction Team Mini-Cons as 2 pages each, the second pages are just the Road Wrecker repaints.
One thing that I noticed that I didn't see before is that the DW logo on the covers is pixlelated out. Did anyone notice that on any of the other DW volumes?

Anyone get today's issue? Yes indeed! It's issues 8 - 13 of Armada with more content from the MTMTE books, some character profiles as well as the short story which bridges the change of the book from Armada to Energon.. And should probably have been in the other Worlds Collide volume. Was definitely expecting it to start from #6 to get all of Furman's run in and make this (with the extension) a Definitive Printable Furman collection. Furman's intro tries to make a reason for Armada being included in the collection instead of just saying they couldn't print the rest of the G1 issues, but I guess there may be legal reasons to not do so? No other features other than the cover gallery which amusingly has the Dreamwave logo pixellated out despite not being a problem in the last one. The reproduction of the art is kinda crappy like some of the other DW issues, it's pretty grainy and looks a little washed out particularly in the first few issues but I've not had a chance to compare it to the Armada v2 trade that I still have kicking around for some reason to see if the colours are right or not. Edit: Yeah, it looks really bad compared to my old trade. Weirdly, the quality gets drastically better for the issues following those in this trade.. Not a great issue all round really, but I don't think anyone was expecting it would be.

I'm really only getting this collection for Marvel and IDW, so all the Dreamwave issues are just for the sake of completion.

G2 is going to be 3 parts. Part 1 is the GI Joe crossover issues, then the 12 issues across Parts 2 + 3.

Assuming the issue number is accurate and nothing changes before it's released, that first volume should be out on 29th January.

I know this will come as news to absolutely no-one, but "Chaos Theory" really is something to be savoured, isn't it? The chracterisation is leaps and bounds ahead of anything IDW had managed up until this point and James Roberts's evocation of Cybertronian history and culture is instantly fascinating, you can see why he was given the ongoing gig on MTMTE. It's so good I don't think I can be bothered to read anything else in the issue.
