I read the first volume of Scooby Doo Apocalypse. Better than expected though it had run out of steam already by the end of the first book.
DC's The Flintstones volume 1 was odd. On its own merits it's a very good satire title, helped by gorgeous art and clever observations. However, it just isn't appropriate material for the kiddy market, which is where a title based on that property should go. Sex and suicide gags (though very well done) don't belong in a title licensed from a kiddy cartoon. It just goes a bit too far in some areas ie the meaning of "yabba-dabba-doo" is too dark for words!
Change the name and file off the trademarks and there's a very good comic in there though. An odd one. I am in two minds about it.

The Green Lantern/Space Ghost one was decent enough.

The current crop have been quite good.
Marvin the Martian/Martian Manhunter is really enjoyable as was the Lobo/Wil-E-Coyote one shot.
The Wil-E-Coyote one edges it.
Awaiting delivery of the Batman/Elmer Fudd and Bugs Bunny/Legion of Super heroes.
