I disagree with most of that list.

Misfire might genuinely be useless but his uselessness defines his character.

When Burns reads that there's going to be a Sweary Rant like the day we gave him that Battle Beast, who's Trasformers character ISN'T on that list, but probably should be.

Now I read the whole article, its a load of frankly rubbish. I'm not sure they know the meaning of the word useless.

I thought it might've been useless alt-modes or ineffectual, but instead its a puff piece, oh dear.

2 he died when Zarak took over him
3 nothing wrong with 3 to be on the list
4 no point in 4, 5, 6,
7 had lots of work done with his character
8 but they never really have been used much til IDW
9 the story works with the character for IDW, shouldn't be on this list
10 a fun character
11 I like this character ok his toy hasn't been that good really
12 this characters had lots of work done with him over the years.
13 good character but still shouldn't be on the list
14 a classic character
15 a human interact character
