WANTED: Animal Crossing Welcome Amiibo cards

With the recent update to Animal Crossing: New Leaf: Welcome Amiibo for the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo released a series of of supplimental cards titled Welcome Amiibo.

I don't know about over there, but the were barely available here. Almost no one carried them, and the few that did sold out fast to scalpers, and quickly stopped carrying them at all.

Now you can only get them for absurd second hand prices, over here.

I would deeply appreciate anyone checking out your game sections for me, please.
They would be sold with the Amiibo figures.

I can't see any online, only the older series 1-4. I'll keep an eye out but I suspect it's unlikely.

Aye. There's nothing online that isn't scalpers.
The only last glimmer is overseas brick and mortar retail.

I suspect it was easier over there as the UK even got a special sanrio set that we didn't.
But I also suspect that the window has closed.

I honestly don't know why nintendo isn't doing bigger production on these. Unlike the previous four, these cards actually matter.

Nintendo love creating false scarcity to drive up the value of their brand. If you can't find it, it means it must be good and that they are a premium company

Still not even found a sodding Switch!!

The initial pre-orders were snapped up quickly over here, but after a restock the cards were quite readily available for a while. I managed to complete my set.

Have you got any of the cards yet? I've got a small number of duplicates if you want them.

And a bunch of doubles at this point I've been reserving for someone to trade with.
