I feel guilty about how much I enjoy this programme. It's harder to defend on intellectual grounds than it once was, with competitors who are easier to love-to-hate than they used to be.
The last chap who I actually liked (the army guy) got fired a few weeks back, and I found myself breathing a sigh of relief, as I can now sit back and watch smug, arrogant twits making complete idiots of themselves and then getting slaughtered for it by the wonderful S'ralan.

We Shockprowl's are right there wi ya big guy! We love the Apprentice. The army chap was the nicest, so yeah, it's great to watch 'em jump through hoops now he's gone! You're fired hosted by the wonderfull Mr. Childs is great after it. He picks up on some very funny stuff. They're a very entertaining bunch this year! We're not minding Lee McQueen (great name!) and Raife, but can't stand the ginger woman with the crazy grin! What she said in the pitch to one of the card companys 'bout not buying as many cards these days was incredible! If whatshisname had brought her into the board room, she'da got fired I'm sure. Can't wait to see how they're going to mess up next!

What she said in the pitch to one of the card companys 'bout not buying as many cards these days was incredible! I did that once in an interview for a job I didn't really want (when I was just finishing university). It was an editorial job for an educational publishing company. I said I wasn't motivated by making the most money possible for the company I worked for, but rather making sure students ended up getting the books that best met their needs. They told me in my feedback that that was why I didn't get offered the job. I felt quite good about it. I think that's something else that fascinates me about The Apprentice - it's full of people whose motivations are completely alien to me. Martin

I can't get into these reality shows at all. I've never seen The Apprentice but I do believe (by what I've read) that it is one of the better reality shows currently on our boxes. At least the contestants are actually have something in between their ears unlike other reality shows.

The Cullen household loves The Apprentice too. I couldn't believe they went with the environmental cards. Why didn't anyone pipe up and say it was a completely backwards idea? The lack of common sense these so-called entrepreneurs have is a source of endless amusement.

Anybody ever watch the American Apprentice? It's equally as good. The Apprentice is the best show on telly.

I don't enjoy the American Apprentice as much as Donald Trump is far less amusing than Alan Sugar, but it's a good watch nevertheless.

Never been tempted. I enjoyed Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, then tried the US version. Ohhh, dear... Never making that mistake again.

Yeah lots of laughing and clapping in our house when that happened. This has got to be the best entertainment on telly at the moment.

This, me thinks, is the best series of the Apprentice I've ever watched! Good stuff all round! It's the 'interview' bit next week. I love this phase!!!!! Still can't decide who I want to win it though. And I swear, if Adrian Childs ever stands for World President I'd sooooo vote for him! The man's cooler than an Eskimo's cold bits!

He didn't fire as many people as he normally does last night?! Should make for a more interesting final.

Thus year's batch have been some of the worst yet.
Highlight includes someone pitching the team name Megatron and a strange obsession with green and brown.
Yes... Team Megatron. Alas, it wasn't picked.

Ha! I must have missed the Megatron bit. How did I miss that?
Yes, they're awful this year. Awful.
They're just... children.
