Log on on a pc and drag your cursor over the bold text at the top of each post that reads something like "a few minutes ago" or "12 hours ago"

Definitely there in Chrome. It's just a tooltip, should work universally.

Don't wave it. Put the mouse pointer over the posting time on a post and leave it; a tooltip will pop up half a second later.
