Got my sideswipe and skywarp sets, today.
Sideswipe and Slamdance are gorgeous.
And Skywarp is soooo super simple, I habe no clue how you could possible bungle that up, but boy did they ever.
Skywarp is black, purple, and silver. Easy, yeah? This one drops the black and the silver for dark grey, and slightly less dark grey, keeping only the purple. Which doesn't stand out at all against the greys, and is masked even further by the "weathered" tampos.
Which also only serves to make the dark grey look even less like the black they were poorly trying to emulate.
Sideswipe is wonderful, but is exactly what you'd expect. No surprises here.
Slamdance, if like me, you haven't paid much attention to, has a new head.

Phil now has Battlemasters Greyscale and Blueshift Phil has now bee able to parts swap Caliburst and Aimless. Purple chest, grey limbs is VERY like Shrute(Hairsplitter) from the Skywarp box. If you fancy Spinister's Tragetmasters without getting Skywarp, this might be an answer. Blue chest, black limbs looks superb but, like the all blue Targetmaster that used the same limb moulds, the arms are a fraction loose. Both now need names. I have another Caliburst to swap with the Blowpipe which Burns has for me but I now need an extra one of each to swap with Singe! |
