I can make it - so that makes us at least Three. Now, will we have a D'artanghan to our Musketeers... If I tried for this Saturday, which is no mean a given, what are my options for getting closer to the location than New St? Looking at the map and poking the internet a bit with my stick (a systems librarian's invaluable diagnostic tool), it appears that it might be possible to get a train from New Street to Five Ways Station, which is about 0.6 miles from the venue. It also appears that there is a bus from Five Ways station that goes along the A4540 to the venue (taking about 3 minutes). No idea of the frequency of either, but that may be an option. (The travel directions claim that the stop for Ladywell Social Club is about 10ft from the Club itself.) Not sure if that is any help? Karl |

I was last looking round this comic mart back in 2016 but says its the same location than the pub they used before. I'm going by car but the place is on the Birmingham inner ring road. South side just after the turn off to where AA used to be at Five ways cirle. It's the first left after the a456 turn off when heading west. 16 min walk from New street station - you just head down Broad street then turn right & cross the inner ring road. The map moved my location so going to redo
30 min 1.5 mile - still head for broad street.
it should still be £1 to get in but they only have dates up for summer & seems they have stopped the Nottingham ones.

I know it's a bit of a way - Broad street is longer than it looks on the map. it only looks about 1/2 mile
