Leader, I always took it as that Shrapnel considered he was the leader being the more stronger and forceful, but it was Bombshell pulling the strings behind the scenes. Similar to the Hammerstein/Deadlock dynamic in ABC Warriors.

Shrapnel gives it all that with his lightning boltery, but it's Bombshell who's there doing the manipulating. Kickback just doesn't care as long as he has cheese. |
