I am in no way sorry you are being exposed to negative reactions about something that comes up every year by people who have made it clear they dislike it. People get to voice their opinion. Funnily enough when they do, they get told to join in repeatedly. Which I would wager is equally frustrating, but again I don't see them stopping rhyming week or others from rhyming.

I certainly have posted less this last week with the rhyming. It’s been a lot to work with, on top of the level of tiredness I’ve been dealing with.
It did make me rather proud of the last post I made though!
I find the inventing of words to force a rhyme a little overdone. Overall, I’m fine with the week, it’s not mandatory but if it is making folks that annoyed...
Well, my tired ramblings probably don’t make too much sense anyway.

'Join in' reactions were very restrained this year I felt compared to other years. People are welcome to state how they feel but it does frustrate and kill the spirit of the week at times. And frankly many of the 'negative' reactions are about killing off rhyming week or discouraging rhyming. |
