Tell someone who is standing up they have mud on their heel. Shout 'Ooh Sailor' when they pose like a camp mariner, trying to look at their muddy shoe. Laugh for hours about it. Repeat with next victim.

Send it to Michael Bay, they might have a scene in Transformers 2 where Optimus Prime gets Megatron to fall for it.

That wouldn't go down well at my workplace. Some of the staff are dense and others have no sense of humour.

I was feeling mischievous this morning, so tried Cullen's sailor joke on the postie after he brought in a letter I had to sign for. He found it hilarious! It made his day.

Another classic prank can be had if you stand in the middle of a busy high street and just look up at the sky as if a plane or something is overhead. You wouldn't believe how many people will also look upwards just to see what you are looking at!

When we used to have our small shop on the high street we once superglued a £2 coin to the pavment outside. That was fun.
It had gone by the next day though, so we figured someone came back in the night to prise it off!

It was a while back but I fell for that with a 50p. You do feel like a right knob.
Another gag to try. When crossing a pedestrian crossing (preferably just as the lights are changing), turn and look in the direction of the traffic then spring into a jog to get to the other side. Then watch and laugh as others do the same, assuming that you have seen a car coming.

The old superglue some coins tothe pavement was done when I as at school. Some kids glued the coins to the ground and then set up a video camera to record anyone attempting to pick them up. The following day we watched the recording and saw a few teachers trying to pick them up before somebody came along with a chisel and wooden mallet from the woodwork room and successfully removed them.
