I am arriving via the robot train this year. I shall leave my front door about 2:30pm on Thursday, and I should arrive at Birmingham International about 8:30pm.

I'm driving up Friday morning. Last two years I've hit terrible traffic and missed the first panels, so I'm aiming not to do that this time.

Going up by train late morning on Thursday I anticipate. Probably going to aim to be there between 14:00 and 15:00 in all likelihood. Depending on what time I finally decide to leave here. (Living only a couple of hours travel door to door has its advantages.

Andu is on the train. Let us hope he sticks to the special hipster snacks he needs to stay alive or he may destroy the loo. I am concerned to hear he has bought food onboard...

Bringing his own food will ensure it is safe. And not a week's worth of canned curry.

Nope. Straight back last night, good run. Just under three hours including a stop for coffee.

No hassles at all.
Straightforward journey - got in at Edinburgh on time, 30 min wait for connection to Dunfermline and then home.
