Fixit could probably separate Shockprowl into Shockwave and Prowl, like he separated Ratchet from Megatron. Beyond that, I have no knowledge of his in-story skills and limitations.

That's a great question. I was about to say, Ratchet obviously, but maybe not. If you knew you could trust the Quintesson, then that route would probably get the best result because they have the fundamental knowledge of what Transformers are.

I loved that scene in the comic when Wheeljack and Prowl were walking along complaining about all the weird and freakish new Transformers that appeared whilst they were deactivated. They took the words right out of my mouth.
