Must be! I was hoping the last issue would be Enceladus because they've already collected Titan, but according to Wikipedia it's called 'War on the Streets', so I guess it won't be.
The Crazy Town book is a really nice anthology of oddball stories from right across the run of 2000AD.

Thanks Pinwig for your typing up of the Hachette volume contents- I’ve shared them on the 2000AD forums since someone was asking. Here’s the contents of issue 90 taken from there, but sourced from FB originally: Block War The Body Sharks The Perp Runners The Umpty Baggers The Blitz Agencies The Psycos The Numbers Racket The Stookie Glanders Mob Wars The Executioner The Graveyard Shift Rumble in the Jungle The Wreckers West Side Rumble A Day at the Block Wars

The Graveyard Shift.
Absolute classic. Makes the book worth a purchase on it's own.

Please excuse me posting WITHOUT ATTACHING A SODDING POLL, but that FCBD 2000ad is a cracking publication. Huge thanks to Phil for sending me one. The stories are all strong with crisp art styles that match the bright feel of the book. Dredd's character is really well written, great story.
Thing is with DR calling people jerkholes and Johnny hitting with what amounts to knuckle dusters I'm curious as to who this is aimed at. It's older than the Phoenix, and the humour is more subtle. The vocabulary puts it above primary age, yet the stories feel too young for teenagers. It's like they're trying to recreate what the 70s 2000ad was in a modern context so old duffers like me can reminise about the good old days.
When I can get some of these at a decent price I'll give em to my class to see what they say. They ain't having this copy though!

I agree with your points though as a 'pilot' this comes out the gate very strongly and there's a basis to build on for a new title there. I think it's a more successful attempt at a potential new series than the Scream!/Misty Special. -Ralph

I agree.
I hope we see more of this.
If they speak nicely to Pat - Ro-Busters would be perfect for this as well further down the line.

no direct from Hachette as subscriber, I always get them the Wednesday after the first one is released in shops (if that makes sense)

Did you say had some issues before with missing issues and they sorted you out? Perhaps that was the difference. Did you opt for the covers books? When did you begin your sub? (sorry for all the questions)

started subscription in the trial phase of the collection, I did not opt for the cover books (was just gonna buy em later) the missing issues was literally only that they sent me two of the same issue rather than 2 different ones so cant imagine it being that.
Turnbull do u still get this?

Turnbull do u still get this? Here's a screen grab of my account page from hachette's site. You'll notice there's a month when they didn't send anything - 3rd March. This happened to just about everyone I've heard from either on the FB page or the 2000AD forum. It coincided with the supposed delivery of the covers books (which I opted out of) They claim they cannot get us up to date but if you're getting the new books then clearly they can. Sorry for the rant. It's no different than the TF G1 collection now which as you're no doubt aware is a month behind and they are unwilling to catch us up.

Turnbull do u still get this? Nope. They couldn't move my trial to a proper subs, made a complaint because they kept fucking me around and cancelled my subs to all my partworks with them. Their customer service is a shit show. I pick up the issues in shops (that way I know Hachette get less money out of it) Andy
