It's ilmed about 500m away from where the Third Doctor met a Brontosaurus.
About 150m behind and to the left of the picture is Teddington studios.

Caved. I wasn't going to because this figure feels like it'll be doing the rounds well under a hundred in a few months, but I don't want to risk not having Omega. He's one of the elite in my books. The shelves in the new Portsmouth Smyths go even higher than the other one. I've never seen shelves so high. It also isn't in the old toys r us shop, just the same retail park.
I'm hiding this though. Christmas treat. I have witnessed Phil's in the flesh but I'm trying to forget that.
