Yep, absolutely. I think bar the question of unlocking Enrique's powers, which is presumably something we need to come back to later, we're done here now bar draining what info we can from this computer and using the bike to get away. So, Transformers info next.

SAY Computer, tell me about Transformers. The computer chimes and shows the following prompt...
SP-Infoterminal XP Welcome to the Infoterminal, your one stop shop to the world of instructional information on all things. Find out what you need fast and without the danger!
The TRANSFORMERS The Transformers are a way cool sentient race of humanoid robots that can change into alternate forms, such as (but not always) vehicles. This gives them the ability to blend in with their surroundings and the use of their other form can benefit them in ways for example a car will be faster than the robot running on foot. There are two main factions, The HEROIC AUTOBOTS and The EVIL DECEPTICONS.
There now follows a summary of some of the most famousest of The Transformers.
OPTIMUS PRIME OPTIMUS is a TRUKK, not MONKEY. He's red with blue legs and has the touch. He's the leader of THE AUTOBOTS and carries with him the MATRIX OF LEADERSHIP that holds the combined knowledge of all previous AUTOBOT leaders.
MEGATRON He turns into a WALTHER P38 and is then somehow able to be held by his fellow DECEPTICONS, typically STARSCREAM. This doesn't make a whole lot of sense as when he's a robot he's around the same size. I mean, what gives? He killed OPTIMUS PRIME in THE TRANSFORMERS THE MOVIE and this made everyone sad, he got better though.
STARSCREAM One of MEGATRON'S commanders on Earth. He's a bit of a dick with plans way above his station always planning to take leadership of the DECEPTICONS at some point, but failing.
PROWL The best of the best of the best. Without him OPTIMUS PRIME would no doubt be less of the leader he was because PROWL is just too good. As competent a strategist as he is in combat, he was a crucial member of the AUTOBOTS during THE GREAT WAR.
SHOCKWAVE Having manned CYBERTRON for four million years whilst MEGATRON lay in stasis on Earth, his impeccably logical brain is surely best placed for leadership once that bucket head surely falls. He also turns into a gun, but not an Earth gun, some kinda futuristic Cybertronian space cannon. PEW PEW PEW!! But just as you finish reading, you see a satellite icon appear in the top corner of the screen. The page blinks and updates as follows -

I think Stom's personal bias towards jets is showing through....
Very interesting. Let us remember in the case of this game, planes are better than cars.

Maybe it just means an F15 is faster or bigger than a police car. But the fact that an update seemed to come in just at the time we happened to be reading it intrigues me. Is someone trying to send us a helpful message in real time? Via a satellite?
This is the TF cartoon universe because it's Matrix of Leadership rather than Creation Matrix, and Shockwave stayed behind on Cybertron rather than crashing in the Savage Land. Optimus Prime got better, so this is post-Return of Optimus Prime. And they've apparently made a movie of the events of TFTM. I wonder if Michael Bay directed it?

Hmm. Possibly. I think this is just Stom having a joke at Shockers' expense. Saying, actually, all you need to know about Transformers is that the Decepticon jets are better than the Autobot cars.

SAY Computer, explain local wildlife. The computer beeps and displays as follows...
SP-Infoterminal XP Welcome to the Infoterminal, your one stop shop to the world of instructional information on all things. Find out what you need fast and without the danger!
LOCAL WILDLIFE The plains around your current locality are particularly inhospitable, inhabited with various creatures that are as vicious as they are plentiful.
NOCTURNAL TERRORS Highly aggressive and animalistic creatures capable of flight and are incredibly photosensitive, with even an artificial flashlight beam capable of severely burning their bodies. It is unknown why or how a light-sensitive species could have evolved on any planet.
During periods of darkness, the creatures emerge from their underground dwellings and engage in mass-feeding reminiscent of locust swarms.
Their blood is thick and blue, possibly due to a concentration of copper-based hemoprotein (as opposed to iron-based hemoglobin). They have thin, streamlined bodies covered in what appears to be thick and leathery skin, wings capable of supporting limited flight, and a twin-forked tail with sharp points at the end. Their distinctive heads seem to be made of a hard, chitinous material reminiscent of that surrounding most arthropods. Due to the nature of their total-dark environments they have no eyes, but instead have incredibly sensitive ultrasonic sensor organs capable of picking up on the most minute of sounds and giving them a detailed "view" of their environment.
HELL HOUNDS Dog like creatures with red eyes, hunched backs, large claws and teeth, little to no fur and dark grey skin. From their head two devil like horns. Vicious and unforgiving, they have even been known to be able to make psychic links with humans and effectively possess them.
Many legends surround them, the most famous of which being their being servants to a being known as The Destructor or The Traveler. An ancient ultra-powerful, malignant entity from another dimension able to take on the form chosen by its enemies, such as a large and moving Torb or a giant Sloar.
It's unknown what their weaknesses are, but the danger of using multiple Proton (P+) streams irresponsibly has been reported as having a level of success, even if there is a high risk of total plutonic reversal.
DEATH ANTS An endoparasitoid species with multiple life cycles. One of the deadliest of all known species, these creatures require a host organism in order to reproduce. The appearance of them can vary depending on the host in which their parasitic egg laying first life cycle implants. The human phenotype is generally around 7–8 feet and roughly 136.0 to 181.4 kilograms in weight, with a long, muscular tail and large, curved, oblong head. The Queen of this species is generally twice as large (although some Queens have shown to grow even larger, some surpassing 100 feet tall if given time) and possess superior speed, strength and intelligence than their offspring.
They have a vertebrate-like body, a protective exoskeleton, a long flexible tail, an elongated domed head, with nearly invisible eyes near the mouth, and a toothed maw hiding a proboscis-like inner mouth. Little is known about their biology, but it is known that they eat with their inner or secondary mouths, not their outer mouths. This mouth is somewhat similar to the pharyngeal jaw of a moray eel. They also bleed an unknown and extremely corrosive Fluoroantimonic acid type of fluid. It is dull yellow in color and often referred to as "blood", although whether it's used to transport nutrients through the body and/or just serves simply as a defensive mechanism is not clear.

SAY Computer, explain mind sports. The computer chimes and shows the following prompt...
SP-Infoterminal XP Welcome to the Infoterminal, your one stop shop to the world of instructional information on all things. Find out what you need fast and without the danger!
MIND SPORTS Competitive games where the outcome if based primarily on the skill of the players or based on some type of intellectual activity can largely be classed as mind sports. People compete rather than on a mainly physical standing as with traditional sports, but on a more mental level. That is not to say that the physical aspect is not important, some matches or tournaments can involve long games, sometimes lasting days at a time and physical fatigue can have a large affect on the players cognitive ability and can thus drastically alter the outcome. Some of the most popular mind sports are Chess, Backgammon, Go and Poker. It isn't necessarily limited to games, some activities in programming or problem solving can also be considered.
Several mind sports not only have organised tournament play for prizes, but also have an underground scene for money matches. However, due to the nature of the games, a player's skill is often well known. This results in a level of negotiation beforehand as to how much money is wagered prior to the match taking place. Known World Champions or Grand Masters shall find it hard to make money in this way, other than perhaps from rich businessmen wanting to play for ego purposes.

I like your thinking, Blue :)
I think the parser is throwing us another stumbling block. We need to find out what the vehicle outside actually is because the computer didn't recognise 'bike' before. We've seen bits of the bike, because we know about the weapon under it, but I don't recall an actual name for it. Checking back I don't think we've actually examined it. We better go and check to see if that gives us a name.

Shame we can't take the infoterminal with us... That depends. When we save the game, does it overwrite previous saves? If not, then we can hop back and forth between this part of the game and future parts in order to use the Infoterminal. As for the vehicle type, try "74-Z speeder bike". Martin

Mind you, the fact that we died the first time suggests it's _not_ a 74-Z speeder bike, because even an Ewok can ride a speeder bike without dying.
