30 Years Ago This Week: Issue #196 The Flames of Boltax - Part 1: Buster undergoes a harrowing experience as he's forced to test the Realvision system Ratbat intends to use to reveal the contents of Grandslam and Raindance. He plays the data off the cassettes, and with Starscream witnesses Optimus Prime and the Triggerbots travelling to meet Grand Circuitmaster Boltax in Cybertron's past. Prime manages to bypass the Temple of Knowledge's defences, but is watched by Megatron. Elsewhere, Megatron gets a whole page to himself in the A-Z, featuring a uniquely adapted biography incorporating his part in the UK comic stories; Colin and Steve fail to make any kind of impression on the Giggly Sisters; on the letters' page, Hi-Test mis-corrects David P of Ainwick when he asks about who the Micromasters are by saying it's Micro bots and they'll be around next year; and an advert appears for the amazing Every Ready Transformers Powermaster Torch. I searched in vain for that torch!!! -Ralph

I should also say that at this moment in time that statement also includes the dino tapes, headmaster heads and, arguably, stepper and artfire! I also don't think this is a Hasbro or Takara item so tat not toy!

The torch as only a weapon.

There's nothing there which supports it being a Hasbro or Takara product OR appearing on a catalogue.

No. But in the fiction shown it is clearly meant to be a weapon installation and not a character.
Phil is not the only one around here with mad nonsense theories. Burns proposes many too. Such as this one.

Well, that's clearly Bumblebee painted red, and has no name on the listing, and does not transform, so no.
