This really feels like a sega fanboy got fed up of Nintendo and Mario claiming the title of worst movie adaptation ever.
Obviously that person is an idiot because Mario is fantastic, but apparently Im in the minority.

I will sit down in the theater, watch this movie, and the entire time believe that I must be having some sort of fever dream, or have somehow crossed into an alternate reality where the movies are all wrong and seem like the generic fictional movies we see movie characters going to.
Because I will always refuse to believe this is real.
Also, making him a freaky cyclops would make him drastically less freaky, and this is the first time anyone has ever said that about anything.

The only thing it needed was instead of Jim Carrey interrupting Bennington by saying "It doesn't matter what your name is" instead of "Nobody cares". In fact - I reckon Dwayne Johnson would actually make a bang on Dr. Eggman/Robotnik. I wonder if he was offered this gig? This story is a bit late to the party. People were getting disturbed by it back when the teaser poster landed last year. |

I was unaware of it until the trailer dropped which I saw before any commentary about it. My horror was real!
It looks so shit it has now become my must-see film of the year.

I think if you replace Sonic with Ezra Miller's Flash you end up with the best DC Cinematic movie to date.
