I feel the same. I got everything but Thrust, I'm not bothered with BW except for the G1 toys so I'm hoping for a quiet 2021 where I can slowly finish the Takara legends set

I think that my Transformers money next year - assuming I still have a job, roof over my head and food prices haven't absorbed all of my discretionary income - is probably going to go on some Energon/Galaxy Force/PCC Commanders stuff on the secondary market. It is easier to obtain. Yes, in post-Brexit, no deal Britain I don't think any of us'll be collecting toys or anything, really - we'll be scrabbling together as much as we can just to survive. Gods, I've woken up in a fine mood this Sunday morning, haven't I? But yes, Power Core Combiners! So glad I managed to snag a load of those from ToyFu this year. Now I need to re-snag the ones I had but which have broken...

I've been playing with my Allicon and wondering why he has a French accent. Couldn't place it, then I realised: I adore this figure. He's so chunky and fun to play with. The massive backpack actually works because it's part of who he is. I think I need another one to have a pair either side of the judge.

Judging by some of posts above, Collector's Fatigue is spreading among my Cyber-chums.

I think we all have it. Even the most devout fan has been battered by Hasbro's mad release strategy this year.

My fatigue levels are indeed high! It had gotten very silly out there in exclusives world and I just can’t be dealing with it.

That's what I keep thinking. If I spent my Generations budget on G1 toys I could make some serious progress there and probably get much more enjoyment.

I'm so frustrated by this Soundwave. I have this cool Siege toy here on my desk but haven't transformed him since he came as the alt mode means nothing! Why I didn't think there would be an actual G1 update for Earthrise I don't know…

I think we all got fooled by large amounts of Siege
We'd be a bit more forgiving if the Cybertronian Modes were a bit more different.
And if the toys came packaged in them: The Voyager Megatrons, Soundwaves and Starscream look superficially identical in robot mode.

Siege is the greatest Generations line! Much of ER is a pale shadow! A shadow!

Earthrise has barely existed. As soon as it came along it was all 'Kingdom now!' and Earthrise was yesterday's news.
And it's probably due to Siege being so awesome.

Yeah. I got ER Bluestreak and thought: "What is the point of this? Siege did this better."

Other way round for me.
The siege Datsuns always annoyed me that they were nearly but no quite right. Far too flattened in vehicle mode to be real but still looked too much like Earth cars.

Absolutely the other way round. Siege looked good until Earthrise turned up but there's no competition to me. Earthrise hands down. I suppose it just depends on what you're looking for from the toy. Siege is more sci-fi robot looking, but Earthrise is like the masterpiece scaled down. Right on the money.

Well, I'm gonna have Bluestreak before Smokescreen. Walgreens put it online, managed an order before it sold out, and it's already been dispatched to the local Walgreens.
And that's the last big stressor of Earthrise taken care of.

And that's the last big stressor of Earthrise taken care of. So it turns out that Walgreens is known for bait-and-switch tactics with selling toys online, and often just ship whatever they have instead of what you specifically ordered. So it's not a zero sum chance that what I'll get isn't actually bluestreak, and will be Cliffjumper or Chromia or something. Because of course.

That doesn't seem like a particularly sensible business model. But if they're selling toys to the general public then I guess if they don't get too many complaints or returns then it'll work out for them...

Okay so. Datsun molds-
Siege: Better toy. More solid, more fun to fiddle with. Middle ground appearance, not alien enough to be cybertronian, but not "normal" enough to be a proper update.
ER: Better display piece. Not as solid, not as fun to fiddle with, but looks way more like what they should. However it's a long way from being bad.
