Ah, but only The Carwash of Doom is fully compatible with standard deluxe cars, comes with a deluxe scaled Buster Witwicky minifigure, and can also transform into a giant transtector for Ratbat.

That's what I thought. Why do you think this discounts the titan as being the Ark, Doc?
Weird image this, it looks like it's been enlarged because at full res it's really blurry, yet some of the labels have only been added after that was done as they're really sharp.

Doesn't relate to the images we saw before which looked like Sunbow screengrabs. Previous Titans were teased bit by bit. This is a full schematic as part of a promo post for the Netflix show Siege, not Kingdom. No hint of a toy. Does not transform.
The Ark does not exist.

What’s more of a shame is that this probably means the Ark itself won’t have many play features, since the main feature will be - given that she’s a Transformer - the conversion from spaceship to giant robot. Maybe one day little launching ramps and lifts will return...

Maybe one day little launching ramps and lifts will return... Putting Auntie's head on the robot mode of the Sunbow cartoon Ark would make no sense. You know, I think this toy may be more satisfying for a TFUK comics fan than for a Sunbow cartoon fan: For a Sunbow cartoon fan, it's just not going to be big enough to be the Ark. It'll be a mini-Ark, with a weird comic homage for its robot mode head. For a TFUK comics fan, this is Wheelie's shuttle from 'Space Pirates' and Optimus Prime's shuttle in 'Time Wars'. The size will be more appropriate for a small transport shuttle. And the fact it transforms tells us either that that Autobot shuttle has a robot mode we never saw in the comic, or that the Last Autobot adapts his original spaceship mode at some form to transform into the likeness of a modern Autobot shuttle. And it may be the right size to be the Last Autobot. So from a Sunobow perspective, it will presumably be an unsatisfactory Ark, but from a TFUK comic perspective it could be a nice addition. Oh I know it would make no sense to have the Auntie head given context, but then having a transforming Ark at all outwith Animated also makes no sense, so you know, we're in uncertain territory here. ;-)
But yeah, there are many ways that this figure can slot into various collections, and I will most likely be getting one. I just really wish they'd actually bothered to show it today. Ah well, I guess we'll just have to wait for Tonton at some point next week...

The Ark having a robot mode takes me back to when Cybertron/Primus was given one for a toy.
Ghostbusters car never used to have a robot mode either. Makes sense.
Can we have a big Mount St.Hillary Rocklord to go with this now please Hasbro?
