The fact it doesn't have that fucking stupid Wreckers autobot logo on the front automatically makes it better.

I know. The Iconic Hammer is far to small and well concealed on that

You just know they're going to make a convoluted backstory where the hammer gets passed down from leader to leader of the Wreckers.

Expect it to retroactively become part of The Lore.

Hang on, hang on. Rubber tyres on Bumblebee?
Also, I knew that chopper mode on Springer in those earlier photos was mistransformed. It looks better in the new ones.

I'm liking the updated Springer. He looks a bit chunkier, and now you can tell where his face ends and helmet begins! Didn't bother with a pre-order. I'm sure he'll be shelf-warming at Smyths.

So I figured out why the new Bumblebee doesn't sit right for me. Robot mode is 100% sunbow based, while the vehicle mode is inadvertently toy because his animation model looked like that once in a while. If they had put his wheels on his arms and went with a toy inspired robot, like what the upcoming Optimus is supposed to be like, I think I'd be frothing at the mouth for this. Almost all G1 Bumblebees, as far back as Pretender, have been sunbow inspired. None have been toy inspired.
And no, I consider Missing Link to be a completely separate thing to Generations.

The Siege vehicle mode photos are definitely more flattering - not putting the sword / rotor on top of the car mode and a higher angle on the helicopter mode hide some of the deficiencies of the mould.
I also still prefer those colours, including the battle damage.
The wrist blaster on the new one is a neat feature, but The Iconic Hammer just looks bad. If you're really going to lean into that idea (please don't) then it should be some big, sci-fi, mechanical weapon hammer not unlike the weapon that comes with Siege Ironhide. This one actually looks kind of comical to me.

Yep, looks much more like the sort of thing you hit tent pegs with than anything designed as a weapon (also, what is up with that haft? It is about fifty percent too short for that head. With Myjolnir the haft being too short is a part of the narrative - Loki was trying to cheat his way into the smith not winning the right to kill him... But this icomic hammer has no such excuse...)

When the Iconic Wreckers Hammer was created in 2022 it had always existed since 1986.

Correct.
We've even seen Rack N'Ruin use it.
The hammer was in plain site all this time!!!

When the Iconic Wreckers Hammer was created in 2022 it had always existed since 1986. We of course do not remember because as Time Travelers we have Protected Memories and recall the series of events that never existed prior to being changed to what has now always been the case... Time Travel...plays havoc with the grammar. Karl
