I do wonder what will be the thing that takes my Pulse virginity? Well for me it would be any of the Cyberverse figures that aren't available in the UK. But since that's not a line that Pulse is likely to stock it doesn't seem likely that that's going to happen. That, or maybe the Earthrise Ratchet. Maybe. |

Now, I think about it, it is mad that the Hasbro's online store doesn't sell a lot of their own products. Where are the Rescue Bots, Bot Bots and Cyberverse toys? Why do they only have some of their Star Wars product? Why are they more expensive than independent shops? Why is there only one shipping option (Yodel)? The more I think about it, the more the existence of Hasbro Pulse baffles me. -Ralph |

Huffer arrived today from Hasbro-Pulsate. No drama from Yodel.
He arrived with two right grey foot flaps bits that end up as the rear of the truck where you'd attach an Optimus trailer to take the burden. Annoying.
I've have emailed Hasbro-Pulsate asking for a replacement.

Well, I had to send two emails, and it took them a week to respond, but after providing some photographic evidence of the fault, the lovely Laura from Hasbro Pulsate has sent me a replacement Huffer, who has arrived and is fine. So, yeah, good service in the end. Thank you Lovely Laura.

Managed to cancel a Pulse order last night (Sparkless Seeker) as they're still waiting and Smyths have them.
They did get my SS86 deluxe instead and have already dispatched!

It's all a bit weird this year. Last year we had mayhem whenever an exclusive dropped. This year they just quietly appear on Pulse UK and sit there for ages with preorders available.
Target exclusives have been an absolute pain in the arse to get over the last few years, now T-Wrecks is just there. It feels... Odd. I wonder if Road Rage will do the same, and I also wonder what state we'd be in if Pulse UK hadn't started up.

Also some fans into Generations this year also have the SS86 subline as well as ER and Kingdom and Selects so budgets are stretched? Or many folk lost their jobs in the psndemic so maybe skip on exclusives as they tend to be the more expensive toy items. Or potatoes from Mars invaded and enslaved the Runner Bean Men. Pulse UK might not have the same deal the US site does with Walmart. Pulse's site does say Netflix W3 is due to ship in July so it's a bit harsh to say they aren't fulfilling orders yet. |
