Not in scale. No requirement for a specific size for Magnus in any specific relation to Galvatron. Galvatron just has to be bigger.

It isn't. Scale would require two or more objects to be specific sizes on a specific ratio to each other. I just want Galvatron to be bigger than Magnus. Magnus could be minicon size and Galvatron could be one or two feet tall for all I care.
