Sneezing like a good un yesterday. Eyes dry & achy today and it feels like someone has taken a razorblade to the inside of my throat!

The proper season is upon us. When I can feel the redness in my eyes when I come indoors after being out for a while I know the yearly pain is about to get worse!

It has been annoying but low on severity until I crossed the border to Englandland today. It's like a switch has been pulled. Suddenly it is almost unbearable. Eyes want to burrow out of their sockets and nose is completely bunged up.
Is the pollen more hardcore down here???

England has ranged from high to very high in pollen count the last few weeks.

Ironically my bowel and stomach problem is saving me from hayfever - having barely left the house I have had minimal exposure thankfully as it's been quite bad when I have briefly been out.

The special tablets were holding it fine until last week. Now I spend most mornings sneezing. Means it's time to get some nasal spray!

Plan to nip out this morning for nasal spray foiled when The Cooncil came round to mow local lawns. Just opening a window has me howling with sneezes. Wait until later!

Eyes started to go on fire and nose keeps exploding as of start of the week. This year's hay fever season is upon me. I thought my head was going to explode during this evening's run. Only respite today was in a nice cool cinema theatre.

Doing a covid test just before the run may not have helped what with ramming that thing up my nose.
Nose will not stop exploding. Ralph wants to go to sleep!

All outside exercise has stopped until the Very High season passes. I'll take the weight gain over being able to see and not feeling like my head is permanently exploding.
