The hayfever tablets served me well yesterday when visiting a farm and gardens with my sister’s family, but are proving insufficient on the train home today.

I've had a very simple approach to Hayfever the past two days - I've been inside with the windows closed during the hours of daytime. (This is mostly to avoid the heat, which I think is a little too much for Karls admittedly, but it has also protected me from the hayfever). Unfortunately there are things I have to do outside the home tomorrow, so I fear that I may have to put my medication the The Test.
