Zodac's original toy packaging called him an "Evil Cosmic Enforcer" and on the back it apparently said "Zodac attacks the Heroic Warriors with all the evil power at his command". DC Comics made him more of a neutral character. Then apparently in the 2000s they did a Nick Fury and made him black, before eventually deciding that black Zodak spelt with a 'k' was a separate character from white Zodac with a 'c'. he-man.fandom.com/wiki/ZodacApparently he was totally evil in the Ladybird books! Well it's not Stratos, cos his wings & jetpack are the wrong colour. Yes I know there's room for manoeuvre cos the original toys did both but blue Jetpack red Wings is my preference and was the one on the majority of source material back in the day.
The other three are great.
Kind of fitting Tri Klops ends up in third place. I think there's something slightly off about the ring his eyes are set in compared to the original.
Origins was my first Hordak and he is really nice. But deep down he's just a Skeletor KO
Ninjor. Two holding hands plus a mountain of gear that stores on him when not being used plus he was an end of range figure I could not get back in the day, which I'm told also has two holding hands plus the bonus of Jitsu chopping action.

Fisto. Because really he's the only new mould in the wave. Faker is an interesting character, but the toy is boring; Lyn is just Lyn in nicer colours; and Mer-Man is his own prototype. Fisto also has that fearsome moustache.

Ooh, just to make it a four-way tie, then, Evil-Lyn, the superior version of the only female baddie in this line (so far).
But I have to say, this is the weakest wave so far.

It's certainly a better deco than the original. I am tempted to get that one too, but I decided with these I'd go for figures as close to the originals as possible. I got the yellow Lyn today.
