Picked up 1-step Wheeljack and Optimus. They are astonishing. You push them, they hit the surface and magically completely transform!!! A game changer. I genuinely boggled the first time.

Not surprising, but very disappointing it's retooled from or based on the Cyberverse mold. Which was hands down one of the worst modern toys of all time.

Ah, I've not played with the Cyberverse Deluxe. But even then, I've got the original Cyberverse Ultra version of Grimlock, and this just isn't different enough anyway. It's a nice design, for sure, but it's also just Grimlock again.

Sainsburys have started stocking the toy toy line again (other than just Rescuebots) so they have Earthspark range price £8.25 & £12.75 - along with the smaller Movie range £9.75.
But are Tesco goingto have them in?

No rush in getting those Earthspark characters out there, Hasbro. I mean it's not like the tie-in TV series is already done or anything. Take your time. It'll be interesting to see what they do with Thrash though, given the Warrior version is pretty perfect. And maybe the best motorbike Transformer that's ever been done. Given there's a practically zero percent chance of us actually seeing the Deluxe figure in the UK though I guess they don't have to worry too much. |

I like how last week we got those silhouettes with a tease for RotB toys, which turned out to be just RotB toys, no change, but then this week we get this much more interesting announcement, but no tease. Fucking silhouettes!
Anyway, some of these do look nice. I’d not bothered with any of the Earthspark Optimus Primes up until now, because none of them were that exciting, but that repaint does look nice…
Although I do remain miffed that not only can we not get Nightshade over here, but that when they did appear on shelves in Singapore it was the day after our agent out there had flown out for TFN. Damn them!
