With or without color pictures, it's going to make it. In just what...a week? Week and a half? And it's already at the halfway point, with a month to go.
I don't think we'll get to the tiers, though, as terrible as they are.
Rather than color pictures, I'd prefer to see more detailed versions of the prototype.

Well, obviously, sure.
But specifically, we know it'll have colors and going by recent trends, those colors well be good.
However, we don't know how detailed the sculpt will be, or if it's going to stay this blank because "anime accuracy."
I'm assuming it won't because of Victory Saber, so I'm more curious about the final sculpt than the colors.

I suppose I am skeptical Deathsanrus will make it as the previous three Haslabs in a row didn't fund*. Doesn't give me much faith in the platform.

Each one is a different beast, though, serving different fans. It's comparing apples to oranges to plums.
The last two transformers kickstarters reached their maximum tiers, even with terrible incentives.
You can really only compare Deathsaurus to Victory Saber and Unicron. Not to a boardgame, or an accessory car meant for 6" action figures.

They havent taken in to account the TT Mall numbers yet, it will sell well in Japan / wider Asia markets

Deathsaurus will make it. We chatted about this on the call on Saturday, and it does look like Haslab might need to do a rethink for next year as only TF and Joe seem to be doing the business for them consistently with Haslab. |
