This is one of those rare occasions when the coloured renders actually look better than the unpainted prototype. These look good, and are certainly tempting me...
...until I look at the Uppertorsomaster companions, and am reminded of the shameful lack of articulation.

They really should do these big TF kickstarters earlier in the year and lean into them as perfect Christmas presents for the following year.
I think more fans will be quicker to back it if it didn't come at a time of year when everyone is really stretched.

That's fair with the Tiger, but what else could they do with the Eagle? To be fair I was only looking at the Tiger. Eagle looks okay - although a little more wing articulation might help (I can't tell from the renders if the wings can lift up any higher - but it doesn't look from the hinges like they can). |

I was starting to feel FOMO but in checking my December budget I am definitely out. This time last year I could afford to drop £180 on Victory Saber. Despite getting a pay increase my take-home wages are significantly lower, thanks to Tories fucking about with taxes. Plus, my household costs have risen substantially due to the same cost-of-living issues we all face*. So no chance of dropping £180 at once for a toy.
I find myself strangely unbothered though, surprisingly. Is this...maturity?

*I can still afford hobbies, albeit at a much lower level. That is a better situation than many, many other people so nowt to whinge about.
