Yes indeed. It is nice that all the targets have been reached for those who are going in on it.
I've decided in the end that I am out. Having had Star Saber out of the box and had a play about with it I've decided that it is nice, and that as an overall package they are doing well enough that these things are worth what they are charging. I'm just not attached enough to Deathsaurus to feel like I want to own this. He hasn't left enough of an impression on me to want to spend a fair chunk of change on him.
Star Saber has the whole "wandering magistrate/gunslinger/ronin" schtick going for him, and is a continuing presence in the narrative all through Victory. Deathsaurus is much more of a hands-off manager and I don't think he has really stuck in my memory in quite the same way as Leozack - who feels more like the "main villain" of the show, with Deathsaurus almost as just an "end boss".
Long story short, I think that this is going to be an decently executed package and every bit worth the money. I just don't think that it is for me.
